Brian has been rocking and rolling since infancy (his parents claim that even in the cradle he would make a fuss when Alan Freed’s TV show was turned off). As an instrumentalist, Brian's credits range from saxophonist/poet Dick Lourie to avant-folk diva Robin O'Brien to musical theatre. As a singer, Brian has been active both in rock and in choral music, singing with groups such as Chorus Pro Musica and the Arlington/Belmont Chamber Chorus. As a composer, he has been a leading songwriter in several Boston-area bands, including the Seals, the Rafters, and Purple Martin, and he has written music for theatre productions and video soundtracks. Brian is also an audio engineer and operates a recording studio, Night Kitchen, in Dorchester, Mass.
